CLEARANCE PAPERWORK MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR EACH SCHOOL YEAR. JUNE 12TH IS THE START FOR THE NEXT SCHOOL YEAR. YOU CAN USE THE SAME PHYSICAL BUT MUST COMPLETE THE PAPERWORK AGAIN.

Over summer please allow 5 business days to receive a clearance email. We will check frequently the first few days a sport starts. Once you receive the email, you can show your coach on the first day of practice. We will work on clearing students as quickly as they come in but please be aware that there are over 1000 athletes at AHS. |

AFC Urgent care will see our athletes for $35 and donate $15 back to AHS. Please bring a picture of the flyer and make sure to show them at check in. Walks in any day with no appointment required and help raise funds for AHS athletics.
